Most not-for-profit leaders aim to set – and expect the people in their organisations to practise – high standards of ethical behaviour that will protect their organisation’s reputation and maintain the trust of members, clients and stakeholders. Sometimes, though, the line between right and wrong becomes blurred as we manage the day-today complexities of life. How do we, as community leaders, ensure we keep to the right path and practise good ethics?
