Many organisations like to think that they are doing their best to create an inclusive environment, but beyond simply stating "we are inclusive", what are they actually doing?
This week, the Festival of Community Directors is celebrating LGBTIQ+ Inclusion Week.
There are opportunities that will benefit people who identify as LGBTIQ+, as well as employers looking to advance their efforts towards a more diverse organisation and board.

Make sure you don't miss your opportunity to apply for a part-scholarship to the Diploma of Governance. The LGBTIQ+ Scholarship Round is aimed at providing leadership opportunities for a sector of the community so underrepresented in leadership positions.
