Few boards are fortunate enough to have the perfect mix of skills, experience, and diverse representation as they would like. Understanding the ideal board mix for your organisation is a great way to identify gaps and improve representation.
This tool will help you assess your current board's mix and help you to plan for the future. The tool is divided into areas that measure the percentage of board members that identify a certain way and areas that measure the number of board members who identify with having a particular experience or skills. You can edit the matrix to include appropriate areas for your board.
