Date: 12 May 2020

As we try to get our heads around what experts are calling the "fourth industrial revolution" all types of organisations are struggling to strive in a period of constant and ever-escalating change. With change comes the necessity to think in different ways - not just with a focus on what we do, but how we do it. A strong growth mindset and culture are critical to driving innovation within organisations but equally important is the support of an open minded, switched on and expansive thinking board of directors.

If our organisations are to survive this new world of constant change and disruption, we need an engaged and educated board who are focused on enabling and driving innovation.

Dynamic4 who are leaders in human-centred design and innovation, and Leading for Purpose who specialise in not-for-profit board leadership, are combining forces to deliver an introduction to innovation for boards.

This one hour webinar will explore:

  • The importance of tapping into your innovation mindset
  • Steps to creating a common language around innovation for your organisation
  • Governance best practices for innovation
  • Case studies from Australia's most innovative not-for-profits.

This Webinar will take place live on:

Tuesday, May 12, 2020 from 1pm to 2pm AEST

What's a Webinar?

A Webinar is a seminar that's conducted over the internet.

Viewers watch a remote presentation on their own screens at a set broadcast time and can participate by typing and submitting questions they would like answered by the presenter.

Our Webinars are recorded and a copy is sent out to every registrant by default. So if you aren't able to watch the Webinar live at the scheduled time, you don't need to do anything - we'll send you a copy you can watch at your own pace on your own screen.

Why Webinars work

You'll learn at a time that suits you
If you can't join us at the scheduled time, we will automatically send you a recording you can watch at your own pace.

You can ask your burning questions
Our Webinars include a 45-minute presentation followed by a 15 minute interactive Q&A session where you'll call the shots. You do so by typing your questions during the Webinar.

You don't need an IT degree
There's no complicated software involved. You just need a reliable internet connection to participate. We'll email you instructions at each step too. Simple!
